Shipping & Delivery
For UK customers, we offer First class recorded; Second class recorded. The cost for each will vary depending on the weight of the shipment. For non-UK customers, we provide airmail and airsure options.
When you register to use our website we need to know certain information including your name, telephone number, postal address and email address. This information is used by us to contact you in relation to any orders placed through our website. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisations.
Gama's payment system is provided by Paypoint. All data that is transported between the browser and Gama in connection with payment is encrypted. It is possible to see whether an Internet page is encrypted at the bottom of the browser. All encryption is via a Secure Socket Server (SSL).
Returns & Replacements
You have the right to return goods within 28 days from the date of receiving goods. Full refund will be made for the cost of goods except delivery charges. All defective items will be replaced at no cost.
When you place an order you will recieve a confirmation email. We will contact you within 48 hours with an estimated completion date. Most of our jewellery is made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks lead time. If you need a shorter leadtime, please contact us.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
New customers are expected to pay at the time of making an order either by BACS, debit/credit card or cheque. For existing customers, we offer you payment terms of 30 days from the date you receive your order. It is at our discretion whether to offer account terms.
